Starting with the impact analysis stage, a high-level evaluation of the customer's requirement is carried out. At this stage the problem is dimensioned, the business and functional requirements are defined, and at a high level solution that satisfies the requirements of the client is proposed. Project constraints, assumptions, issues and risks are specified.
Later, in the workshop stage or specification of the requirement specification, the details of business and functional requirements of the project are specified, giving a defined structure to the solution proposed in the previous dimensioning step. Also project restrictions, assumptions, issues and risks are redefined.
Moving on to the technical design step of the requirement, the solution defined on the previous stages of dimensioning and specification of the requirement is defined at a technical level (data model, class diagrams, etc.). This stage also includes, installation guides, user manuals, etc.
Finally, in the stage of design implementation of the requirement, all the pieces of software that were defined in the previous stages of Dimensioning, Analysis and Design of the requirement are built. Integral and unit tests to the diferent applicative modules are included.
